I met Tracy, owner of JUNKPOSSE on Etsy, last year when I won one of her jewelry pieces off a blog giveaway. I got so many compliments on my darling angel wing!
I am Tracy Hanson. I am a Mom to 4 Kiddos. Some of them are Adopted & some not. I am also Grandy to Four Amazing little ones. (Some adopted some not, too.) I live in a teeny town in Colorado. My grand children are my fresh air, and I so enjoy spending time watching them grow. They love indoor picnics on blankets around my coffee table & being pulled around a Magic Carpet on my hardwood floors.
I love to go to vintage & flea markets & tag sales. I probably need a Craigslist 12 step program. I like to surround myself with imperfect, fun friends that I can laugh with.
My jewelry designs are my passion with a purpose. Adoption and support of orphans inspire me to do what a love each day. My Parents were both artists. I still use many of my Dad's jewelry tools, and one of my treasures is my Mom's can of paint brushes. I have learned so much from them, and many art & jewelry classes that I continue to enjoy. I create my jewelry by hand with love to support many non-profits and families that are adopting.
Adoption really is my heart whether you are bringing home a baby from your town or a teenager from across the world. I am so inspired by the many people I meet that choose to make the difference in a child's life. "One Matters"---it really does.
